Reporting to a new system – log in and check your company information

The reporting of batteries put on the market in Finland will move to a new system – Elrepo. Actual reporting will take place according to the familiar reporting schedule starting 1 April 2026. 

We kindly ask all reporters to log in to Elrepo now and verify that their company information is correct. 

Logging in is done using your email address; no password is required. Enter your email address in the designated field. Use the same email address that you have used as the username in the old system. You will receive a login link by email. Click the link to open Elrepo.

Please ensure that the following information is up to date: 

1. Company details 
2. Billing information and billing reference 
3. Contact persons 
4. Contact person for financial administration 
5. Battery categories
6. Product categories (if your company reports EEE) 

Do you report for more than one company? 

If you report for more than one company, select the company after logging in. You can switch the company by returning to this page or directly from the dropdown menu at the top of the page. 

If you operate as a consultant and perform registrations and/or reporting on behalf of your clients, the consultant company must be added to Elrepo. If your consulting company has not been added, please contact member support: membersupport@elker.fi

Problems logging in?

1. Ensure that you are using the same email address you used as your username in the old reporting system. 
2. Also check your spam folder. The login link is sent from elrepo(a)elker.fi. Please make sure that this email address is included among trusted senders. 
3. If your company has multiple reporters, ask a colleague (who can access Elrepo) to check and add access rights for you. 
4. If you still cannot get the login link, submit a support request using this form. We will verify the access rights and send confirmation by email. 

Old reports and correcting 2025 reports 

If your company needs to correct 2025 reports, this must be done in the old Prime reporting system: 

• for batteries, it is not possible to correct the reports anymore 
• for electrical and electronic equipment by 31 March 2026

Reports from 2025 or older will not be transferred to Elrepo. You can view and download reports from the old Prime system until 31 March 2026. After that, you can request reports by email from Recser’s Producer Services (info(a)recser.fi). 

What is Elrepo? 

Elrepo is a reporting system used by producer organizations for reporting the quantities of batteries as well as electrical and electronic equipment put on the market in Finland. The first reporting period is 1–30 April 2026, during which the quantities placed on the market during Q1 (1 January–31 March 2026) must be reported. 

Elrepo is used by Elker Oy (SELT ry, ICT Producer Cooperative–TY, Flip ry), Recser Oy, and Akkukierrätys Pb Oy. Elrepo replaces the old Prime reporting system.
